  • We’re currently not taking order from Ireland, the UK or Italy
  • We dispatch orders within 2-6 business days from the date the order was submitted by you
  • An DHL is our preferred shipping partner

When will my order be delivered?

As all SeaMeGro’s orders are delivered by a 3rd party courier service, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. However, once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email so you always have the most up-to-date delivery information.

Returning an item

It’s our aim at SeaMeGro to make returning an item as easy as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our website, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Please contact customer care by email at [email protected] for return authorisation form.

SeaMeGro is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items.

It can take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them promptly. Refunds will automatically issue to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed and appear back in your account.

As soon as our team has processed your return we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at [email protected]
